RETURN POLICY: We warranty our pedal karts for 1 year on parts and 3 years on the frame.
We do not accept any returns without a return authorization number. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns based on the products being in a NEW, unused condition. Once we receive the product back to our warehouse, we will thoroughly inspect it for any damage or use and will determine the amount that will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we approve a return, it is the customers responsibility to arrange and pay the shipping back to our warehouse. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from purchase date. Please contact us with any questions.
